PDCA Template

PDCA is a four-step model that provides a simple and structured way for problem solving. It serves as an effective and practical tool to encourage continuous improvement and facilitate productivity and efficiency. It has an easy to remember four logical sequenced steps (Plan, Do, Check and Act). This template provides a simple way to plan and monitor your project activities using the PDCA model.

You can use this template to record and track your key project activities within each of the four PDCA phases. It allows to list your key activities, their owners and due dates, and other information such as the completion rates and the lessons learned from each activity. It comes with a small dashboard that displays the progress at a glance. This helps to keep your team and other stakeholders informed of the progress at any time.

This template is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that you can use and modify to suit your specific needs. It can easily be modified to include additional sections as required. You may, for example, add additional columns to include any relevant information about your activities such as the needed resources, main deliverables, and key metrics. Additional rows can also be added if you want to include more activities.
