Continuous Improvement Map

A tool refers to a template or application utilized to carry out an activity to produce a product or result or deliver a service. On the other hand, a technique is a less tangible and more systematic approach that may involve the application of one or more tools. The tools and techniques discussed in this website are widely used to provide solutions to industrial and commercial problems and drive continuous improvement. These tools and techniques are categorized into the following nine categories:
